Good Outing helps you plan a good day out: a food tour, a boat trip, a cooking class or a day trip, in the right city and the right month.
Where the information comes from
Tours, photos, prices and ratings in the tour cards come from Viator, where you book them. Temperatures, rainy days and sunshine are long-term averages published by national weather services. Sea temperatures are NOAA averages for the water just offshore, 1991 to 2020. Sunrise and sunset times are calculated for each city.
Local details (dishes, wine areas, neighbourhoods, day-trip towns) come from Wikivoyage, the free travel guide, under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike licence. City and activity photos come from Wikimedia Commons; each is credited under the photo.
